Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A1: We are a manufacturer located in Guangzhou, China. Specialized in cycling jersey, bib shorts/pants, triathlon. wear, sublimation printed t shirts, hockey jersey, baseball jersey, basketball jersey,football jersey, etc.

Q2: Do you accept the custom small order qty?
A2: Yes. No limit on quantity.

Q3: Do you have the designer to help with the drawing?
A3: Yes. We have designer to redraw your artwork based on your high-resolution JPG file or logo for the product.
 

Q4: Do you produce the customized sample to confirm the order?
A4: Yes. We will produce 1pc customized sample according to your artwork and size chart for your checking.

Q5: Can I use my own sizing chart?
A5: Yes, we could ask template designer to create a new template for you.

Q6: What's your sample policy?
A6: Sample fee is refundable. We will return different proportion of sample fee to you based on quantity of your bulk order.

Q7: What about lead-time for the customized sample?
A7 :It is about 1-3 days after all information confirmed .

Q8: What about the production lead-time?
A8: Normally, it is within 15 days. 7days for urgent orders.
