Q : How's the Order process?

Q: How long is your sample or production lead time?
A: Sample: 5-7 working days after everything confirmed. Production: Our regular lead time is 7-15 working days after confirming
artwork and payment. It depend on your products & quantities.
Q: Can I get the Pre-production or Top sample?
A: Yes,we will send you PP sample for reference and start the production after you confirm.If you need,we can send top sample to you.
Q: Can I add or delete items if I change my mind?
A: Yes,but you need to tell us as soon as possible.If the order is in process,we can’t change it.
