A:Just need you provide the mock-up with the artwork pattern, then we can finish the whole work for you.

Q:What's the production process?
A:Firstly, we need confirm the order details like the sizing measurements, design proof and fabric etc... After that we will print a small sample to check and confirm the colors, if ok we will go ahead the bulk order printing, cutting and sewing, and finally will show you the finished product pictures before shipment.

Q:What's the turnaround for a mass order?
A:That's depend on your order qty, normally it take 7-10 working days, we can rush for you for urgent orders;

Q:What's your sample policys?
A:Our sample fee including AIRFREIGHT+SAMPLE COST, sample cost can be deducted after you place mass order;

Q:Do you have Quality-Assurance policy?
A:Yes we have specialized quality control dept to control the quality of your order, and if meet any quality problem we can remake the order for you or return money back to you;

Q:How to make payment?
A:We accept T/T, Paypal and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
