Q : How to choose the correct colors?
A : You can advise us PMS colors or Healong color numbers of our color chart (it needs to ship to you).

Q : what format of design or logo you need?
A : CDR, AI, EPS, PSD or PDF. High resolution JPG is acceptable as well.

Q: How can I order?
A: If you have a desgin, just email us. If not, our designer can do a free help.

Q: Can I get a sample to make sure I get what I want?
A: Yes, a custom sample is no problem, 1-2 days can finish, shipping time 3-4 days. Mass production time 15-25 days.
