Q1. Samples are available? How many days can be sent out?
A: Yes, can be sent out within 3 days for our stock items.

Q2. Can I put my own labels on the products?
A: Yes, you can. Pls send us your original design files, we will make them for you. Or you can send us your finished labels and we will put them on the products (free of charge)

Q3. What is your MOQ?
A: The MOQ depends on your requirements for color, size, material, etc. For some regular items, we have stock, will have no MOQ requirement.

Q4. How do you control the quality?
A: We have a well trained processional QC team, each product process will be strictly inspected. We can send pictures or videos for you to double confirm before shipment.

Q5: What is your term of delivery?
A: We accept the bulk product in FOB price, the port is Guangzhou or Shenzhen.

Q6: How about your company's quality control?
A: We have a professional QA & QC team and will fully track the orders from the very beginning to the very end. We also accept a third-party company designated by you to spot check your orders.
